Shipping Policy

DELIVERY FEE: The $100 deposit at checkout is just a deposit.  Please contact us for a shipping quote.  We use private shippers and rates vary greatly depending on location.

DELIVERY TIME: Prior to delivery, South & Birch will contact customer to collect any remaining balance on the order. South & Birch will schedule with the customer a window of time to make the delivery. At the customer’s request, South & Birch will contact the customer approximately 1 hour prior to the scheduled delivery.

FURNITURE RELEASE: Full and final payment is required prior to release of furniture for delivery or pickup. We are only able to accept cash on delivery at this time. Our driver is not set up to accept credit cards. You may also pay your online invoice balance via credit or debit card.



DELIVERY GUIDELINES: Prior to Delivery Day: We realize things may happen that require changes to your schedule. Please note we do need 48 hours advanced notice to change a delivery appointment.Note: Please, communicate if you have challenging roads, driveways or other access points that would be difficult for delivery trucks. Be sure to find out any requirements for access to buildings that have specific delivery instructions, such as deliveries allowed only during certain hours, dedicated freight elevators, etc.
