Refund policy

IMPORTANT: When you pay your invoice, you are agreeing to these terms of service for your purchase and limitations of warranty.

INITIAL PAYMENT: The customer acknowledges that the custom furniture they are ordering will be built to suit their specifications. The parties intend that customer payment of the Non-refundable Deposit (50% of the total order cost) would serve to compensate South & Birch for any breach by the customer of their obligations under these Terms of Service, and they do not intend for it to serve as punishment for any such breach by the customer. Only layaway items, 20% down payment is due at time of order. Payments are to be made over 90/120 days with final payment due before delivery. If at any time payments are missed and no arrangements are made, within 30 days, your ordered will be forfeited and no money returned. Shipping is not free. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
